For individuals traveling to the UK to attend the Pilgrim Direct Expo, a short-stay visa (C-Visa) allows you to stay for up to 6 months to attend conferences, expos, or other events. This visa permits entry to the UK solely for event participation purposes.

If you are traveling using a passport from a country that requires a visa to enter the UK, you will need to apply for a short-stay visa. This applies to all individuals, regardless of age. Applications for individuals under 18 must be submitted by a parent or legal guardian.

To apply for a UK visa for the Pilgrim Direct Expo, follow these steps:

Submit Documents: You will need to provide the following documents

1. New and old passports (from the last 10 years).
2. A copy of Saudi ID or Iqama.
3. Job letter in English, addressed to the British Embassy, stating your salary, position, date of joining, and attested by the Chamber of Commerce, or an establishment certificate in English.
4. If you are a business owner, the company must state that they will cover all your expenses and guarantee your return to your country after the trip.
5. Salary bank statement for the last 6 months, with a balance of more than 4,000 USD, in English, with an original bank stamp.
6. Travel history for the last 10 years is mandatory.

The fee for providing assistance for the visa application is £340.

After receiving your visa, ensure you have the following documents when traveling to the UK:

1. Passport with valid UK visa.
